In the course of Mr. Sweeney\'s legal experience he has had numerous bench and jury trials in state (Indiana, New Mexico and West Virginia) and federal (Indiana and Colorado) courts and has assisted clients in all facets of litigation through the United States, including factual investigations, dispositive motions, settlement negotiations, arbitration and mediation. Mr. Sweeney has substantial experience in representing employers in wrongful discharge lawsuits and employment discrimination investigations by the EEOC, including claims of sexual harassment, sex discrimination, age discrimination, disability discrimination and various wage and hour violations.Mr. Sweeney holds an \"AV Preeminent\" from Martindale-Hubbell.
