ABOUT PAUL SWAINSON
I am a Chartered Civil & Structural Engineer with more than 35 years of experience in consulting engineering across a wide range of markets and geographies including commercial, retail, transport, industrial, power and mining projects in the UK and Europe, the Middle East, Africa, India, the Far East, Australasia and the US. I joined Ramboll in 2014 and lead multi-disciplinary teams delivering design and construction supervision for complex and technically challenging projects, particularly in the industrial and energy sectors where process, function and asset life cycle drive design. My expertise is in civil & structural engineering, coordination with collaborating disciplines, and the logistics for manufacture and construction in varied geographies.I am passionate about Ramboll\'s mission to create societies where people and nature flourish, and the realignment of our society with a sustainable, integrated and fulfilled future for us all. Highly collaborative in style and inclusive of all relevant stakeholders, I put people, function and sustainability at the centre of my projects so that the best outcomes are realised across the value spectrum.
