ABOUT PAUL STUBBINGTON
Following a long career at Ramboll where I was Group Head of Operational Improvement, I\'m now Director of Environment at Crayside Consulting. I am leading the creation of a new Environmental consulting business alongside the existing engineering consultancy.I\'m passionate about leading people and getting the very best from them whilst delivering quality projects and making a good profit. My background is varied with a 1st class degree in Civil Engineering and experience in building structures design, environmental assessments and leading and developing teams. In recent years I have been focussed on the operational side of business and have led several transformational change projects. A common thread throughout my career has been developing teams and mentoring people and that is now my focus at Crayside.I\'m very interested in the psychology of leadership and actively seek opportunities to further my knowledge and experience in this area.
