   O\'Brien & Company has been recognized as one of the fastest growing companies in Oregon, with offices in Portland, Dundee, Cannon Beach and Bend, practicing both Design and Build on a variety of Commercial and Residential projects of all sizes and a staff of nearly 100.As the CFO, I am responsible for a great team and have oversight of all financial and HR aspects of the firm, which includes the legal, bonding, and banking relationships. In 2020 we moved the company over to a partially self-insured health plan, which significantly cut expenses and increased benefits, and in 2021 we moved to an insurance captive, which has done the same. In the Design Build environment we are challenged to find cost effective and creative solutions on projects. Our internal systems should be the same; We strive to be technology forward and create the very best for our employees and clients!
