Previously a manger in 3rd party logistics I have worked with Ocado for 18 years enjoying a hugely creative, supporting and energetic work environment that really wants to make a difference in the international e-commerce and Technology space.I head up Ocado\'s teams that look after:Ocado Logistics Commercial Support, Solution Design and Concepts, Project Office and Portfolio Management. This is all in support of our international project management, supply and installation departments working alongside our global partners in geography’s including Australia, USA, Japan, Sweden, France, Canada and the UK.Design work is varied and often complex, benefiting from the need to work with multiple teams and stakeholders from across the full breadth of the the Ocado family. These can include the design of a new control process, the introduction of an improved efficiency element through to the full design of an international facility.Our Project Office and Portfolio departments provide vital processes, tools and reporting in support of the project, supply and install teams, helping them to make timely, informed decisions.
