ABOUT PAUL STEWART
A Project Management professional and Professional Engineer, with extensive experience completing major capital infrastructure and building projects in Atlantic Canada. A resident of New Brunswick currently working on major health care projects located within Atlantic Canada. Pomerleau has been operating in Atlantic Canada since 1979, when we completed our first mall in Gander, Newfoundland. Regional offices are in Bedford, Nova Scotia and St. John’s, Newfoundland with our team members residing in cities and towns throughout the Atlantic provinces. Pomerleau manages and constructs in markets of ICI (Industrial, Commercial, Institutional), mid/high-rise residential projects, civil and marine works under various contract modes of lump sum, design-build, construction management and P3. We utilize and leverage innovation, BIM and Lean construction to deliver at all stages of a project; budget – estimating – design – build – completion – commissioning.
