I’m passionate about turning data and insights into action — spotting trends, uncovering opportunities, and making sure every customer feels heard and supported.My focus is on building high-performing, proactive Customer Success teams that put outcomes first. By combining health metrics, performance data, and strategic engagement, we help customers achieve their goals while strengthening long-term partnerships.I love collaborating across Product, Sales, and Leadership to bring the voice of the customer into every decision, influence product direction, and drive growth within key accounts. At the heart of what I do is making sure the customer experience is not just measured, but genuinely improved — one insight, one conversation, and one success at a time.
