About Paul Steele
Senior wastewater technologist at Jacobs with a passion for improving the environment by improving effluent water quality at WRRFs and reducing the energy and chemical use at those facilities. I specialize in biological process modeling of the liquid stream at wastewater facilities with a particular focus on aeration systems. I\'m a leader in Jacobs\' southeast US group and generally oversee the process components of our wastewater plant designs in TN, KY, AL, MS and northern Nevada. I\'ve simulated nearly 100 plants across the US in a variety of modeling softwares (SUMO, Pro2D2, Biowin, GPS-X.) I sit on the ASCE Oxygen Transfer Standards Committee and am part of WEF\'s MEGA group focused on biological process modeling.
