Originally reporting to CFO with the remit of setting up a Transformation Office, then subsequently to the SVP Transformation, who was appointed to oversee the post-merger integration of the $5 billion acquisition of OSIsoft, which I had started with the assistance of a consultancy team from McKinsey, and the simultaneous transformation of the AVEVA business model to subscription. The Transformation Office was small, but varied in size from 10 people, at the height of the integration programme.
