Currently I’m the Managing Director of Experian’s UK Consumer Business, sitting on the UK Executive Team, responsible for all strategy, execution and operational governance. I am an appointed SMF1.• Lead a team of over c700 across three UK locations and one in India. Direct leadership team of 25• Led and completed six acquisitions (M&A’S) at a $200m valuation, of FinTech’s from market analysis, business case creation, deal execution, diligence and integration• Launched the UK first Income Verifications and Employment Services solution through acquisition, partnerships with Payroll Services Providers and Payroll Finance providers• Management includes the Product and Development teams across the financial services lifecycle from marketing, acquisition, customer management, Collections and tracing. Also operating specialist teams across Insurance and automotive markets• Completed six acquisitions (c$200m valuation) of FinTech’s from market analysis, business case creation, deal execution, diligence and integration• Launched Experian Open Banking initiative bring products to market across affordability, Experian Boost, Categorisation as a service and Financial Education• Seconded to India and Germany to write Experian’s M&A strategy to gain market entry• Created the UK resellers team, set the strategy and achieved the targets set• Launched Rental Data Exchange though partnership with Big Issue Investments enabling consumers in social housing share data to build good credit histories• Senior Data Manager creating the first UK Data Strategy and executing acquisition programme to complete 360’ view of a consumer• Materially shifted the data processing and quality metrics of public information from six monthly loading to a month and a half building an internal change function of 75

I have over 25 years’ experience in leadership roles in consumer financial services. In this time I’ve gained a plethora of experience across the broad spectrum of strategy, commercial, technology and operational roles. Currently I’m the Managing Director of Experian’s UK Consumer Business, sitting on the UK Executive Team, responsible for all strategy, execution and operational governance. I have lead and completed six acquisitions (M&A’S) at a $200m valuation, of FinTechs from market analysis, business case creation, deal execution, diligence and integration. I am a SMF1 for the business and a board director of FinTech companies that we have acquired. I am passionate about building FinTech businesses and in 2022 launched the UK’s first Income Verifications and Employment Services solution through acquisition, partnerships with Payroll Services Providers and Payroll Finance providers I’m keen to network with FinTech Founders and those in the FinTech Venture Investment / Private Equity Community
