During this job role, I implemented a new SAP FICO module and committed $20 million in a one-year project while effectively moving data from a legacy system. I used queries to get data from the warehouse and statistical software tools, with the goal of managing headwinds/issues through data analysis, resulting in future loss avoidance. I spearheaded the database of client files for pricing and rebate payments. I coached the File Maintenance Coordinator and oversaw the implementation of new client contracts/agreements. I did monthly SOX audits, detailed financial reports, and monthly reconciliations. Through the creation of rebate reports, the rebate administration process has been streamlined. In collaboration with internal workers, I maintained the correctness of customer files and refund payments. By effectively regulating the procedure, refunds were tracked and delivered to client groups. The values, I have driven in this job role- Led $800M recovery by forecasting revenue loss related to generic pricing decline- Raised product mark-up following $1B profit margin loss by renegotiating through additional clause- Renewed $500M contracts by encouraging account managers within 2019- Steered $1B yearly growth through revenue and profit data assessment- Demonstrated excellent knowledge of computer databases and customer procedures.
