Responsible for customer experience at Shaw Industries, Inc, a subsidiary of Berkshire Hathaway, Inc. I develop and facilitate interactive content for Shaw Flooring Network retail store owners, managers, installers, and sales associates based on their needs. My focus includes topics such as flooring installation, carpet measuring and estimating, technical product knowledge, hiring and retention, and leadership soft skills training. Shaw Industries is the world’s largest carpet manufacturer and leading floor covering provider with more than $6 billion in annual sales and approximately 22,500 associates worldwide.
