   I am an executive leader for a multispecialty physician group overseeing both outpatient and inpatient service lines. Direct a five-member operations team while supervising 100 indirect staff. Some highlights include: Recruiting and hiring 14 new physicians and seven new APPs to accommodate the launch of three new service lines and continue to build existing service lines (ortho joint replacement, podiatry, and pain management). This resulted in increasing revenue and enhancing patient satisfaction. Boosting physician retention by ~30% and helping attract new doctors by prioritizing input and feedback from the physicians and APPs on the decision-making process to promote ownership and foster a physician-led culture. Stabilizing the staffing model by adding a hospitalist swing shift and additional providers to decrease transfers out of the hospital and increase revenue. Increasing same-day access for primary care providers by implementing standard scheduling templates. Seamlessly leading providers through a compensation transition due to Medicare fee schedule changes. Conceptualizing and launching a new primary care compensation model which increased shared savings in the ACO program.
