I am a Non-Executive Director with a focus on audit, risk and governance, particularly within regulated and scrutinised financial services environments. I bring calm, independent judgment to boards facing complexity, regulatory attention, or organisational change.My background spans over 30 years across Tier 1 and Tier 2 banks, public finance institutions and fintech, with deep experience of enterprise, prudential, operational and conduct risk. I have operated across both first and second lines of defence, with sustained accountability at Board and regulatory level.Alongside executive roles, I now operate a portfolio career. I currently advise a fintech payments business focused on financial inclusion and the needs of vulnerable customers, supporting governance, risk oversight and decision-making during growth.I serve in the Magistracy in England and Wales, following appointment as a Justice of the Peace in 2026, referenced here discreetly and in line with judicial guidance.
