My practice is focused in the areas of complex commercial litigation, insurance defense, commercial transactions, corporate and business law and related litigation, and general civil litigation. I also serve as outside general counsel for a number of small to mid-sized companies engaged in commerce in a variety of industries. My practice areas allow me to utilize the skills I developed and the experience I obtained through my prior positions as a tax accountant (before attending law school) and as in-house corporate counsel for an international distribution company previously based in Omaha.
