In addition to my responsibilities on the performance side of the club, which include recruitment, retention and the role of Salary Cap Officer, I have already been responsible for a wide range of other activities. These include establishing and chairing the benevolent fund, step-changing our interactions with our past player group, involvement in the leadership development programme, and securing additional fixtures. In this evolved role, my remit will include a number of club-wide projects spanning both performance and commercial. Initially the main focus will be on driving forward the next phase of our site Masterplan and project managing the delivery of the Women’s RWC, co-ordinating the brilliant work that is already going on across multiple departments and ensuring we deliver a world-class event with a lasting legacy.
