My passion for telecoms started over 23 years ago where I learnt the fundamentals of any telecommunications business. Throughout these years in the industry, I noticed something which didn\'t seem to be addressed. The poor after sales service - something that was a constant drain! Once a sale was agreed and installed the service just didn\'t seem to meet the customers’ expectations and thus high levels of calls and complaints was a daily occurrence!This is a common theme we still see today throughout and it is partly for this reason my business partners and I set about building our own telecoms business. With our combined 45 years’ experience in the industry, we share a passion for providing the best possible support services and after sales care possible, something we are extremely proud of and what our customers often comment on.
