Managing the design the development of cross category products for the in-house kingfisher group, which consists of B&Q, Screwfix, Castorama and Brico Depot. Lead design on multiple projects, working key stakeholders across multiple departments and locations to develop products for manufacture- Brief creation and analysis. User insights and product analysis and range mapping to identify key risks, opportunities & product development strategy- Generate creative design proposals driven from customer insights and user experience- Concept refinement and development for far east manufacturing- Working with engineers and external vendors for final product completion-
