Working as a Solutions Architect for an incredible company, SAIC. I could not ask for a better working environment that challenges me to raise my game. I have a 35-year body of work in the telecommunications, cybersecurity and information technology (IT) space. As a retired Army officer with 20 years of service in various levels of command and over 15 years as the director of a telecommunications/IT organization supporting government and academic institutions I have vast experience across the spectrum of managerial and technical areas such as project management, human resources (evaluations, employee incentives, rewards, budgeting, technical services, customer relations/support, problem solving, leadership, motivation, Department of Defense policies/procedures and cyber security operations. Considerable experience working with diverse groups of people with varying degrees of skills and abilities, forming effective teams and delivering results. Focused and driven to achieve results using positive leadership, commitment, stamina and sound practices developed over 35 years of service.
