I began my Banking Career as a Small Business Banker with U.S. Bank in 1997, earned a promotion to Relationship Manager in Business Banking and Commercial Banking BDO/RM in 2002 targeting Commercial & Business Banking Clients throughout the Pacific Northwest with a primary focus in the Puget Sound Region, WA (but not limited to this area). I have received credit certification from RMA, Accounting for Lenders, Working Capital Analysis and advanced Business Development & Marketing experience from in - house training seminars, but mostly from \"Just Doing It\". I specialize in Commercial Real Estate and C&I lending, and matching the appropriate Treasury/Cash Management solutions to support the C&I facilities with the assistance of Treasury Business Partners. I have also facilitated training seminars to Business Specialists assisting them with personal Program & Process Management, consisting of banking and business development, outlying a path for their success. Personally, the most rewarding aspect of my career, is establishing \"Relationships\" and putting together a plan that functionally works today, and in the future for all clients!
