I am responsible for helping support customer success by developing their knowledge across the ArcGIS platform using a variety of training methods including classroom training, online training, one2one and other learning services whilst maintaining a Net Promoter Score of >60%.Taught workflows include Cartography, 3D, Editing and Spatial Analysis including ModelBuilder and BIM/GIS integration using ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS All Source, ArcGIS Online with Essential apps and ArcGIS Field Maps products. In addition to delivering standard curriculum that is accredited as CPD for Royal Geographical Society CGeog (GIS), I author bespoke course content too.I am a trusted advisor to the customer, undertaking Learning Needs Analysis and providing advice and guidance on tailor-made blended learning plans incorporating both classroom courses and eLearning modules to both individuals and teams.I also contribute content to the Esri UK & Ireland blog and the Learning Service quarterly news letter.
