Helping startups at the University of Illinois Research Park and at Illinois in general. This includes focusing on business models, sales and marketing at both B2B and B2C levels, digital marketing for SAAS startups, business systems, software development for SAAS startups, revenue development, and fundraising. On the science and software side of SAAS software development, I help startups to build and scale software teams on and off shore, build products based on product-led growth principles, and integrate AI and/or data science systems into software platforms to build intelligent systems for consumer-level users.A big role I have is creating a new SAAS incubator/accelerator called the Viability Accelerator. The Viability Accelerator is a new accelerator is to help SAAS startups reach product market fit through iteration on customer discovery, learning system testing, and developing sales and marketing systems.
