With over three decades of experience in residential property, I am proud to lead Finders Keepers as Managing Director - a position I’ve held since 2018 following a long-standing journey within the company dating back to 1991. My focus has been on strategic growth, operational excellence, and cultivating a high-performance culture rooted in integrity and expertise.Under my leadership, Finders Keepers has expanded to nine offices across Oxfordshire, including the acquisition and integration of Flowers Estate Agents in Woodstock in 2023. We have consistently been recognised for outstanding service, earning consecutive Gold Awards in the Best Estate Agent Guide for Lettings in 2024 and 2025.I am passionate about professional development and legislative fluency; over 90% of our team have achieved Level 3 qualifications, and I’ve requalified at Level 4 (2022) to renew my position as a Fellow of the Association of Residential Letting Agents and ensure we remain at the forefront of tenancy law and compliance. I also am a Fellow of the National Association of Estate Agents and hold The Certificate in Residential Letting and Management.
