Coordinate and maintain relationships with community-based organizations (CBO’s) that are involved with providing services to support the school’s educational programs. •Responsible for the supervision, planning, implementation, coordination, and monitoring of community development programs and preparing evaluation reports; performs analyses regarding impact and participation; and reviews program plans, funding and performance with various CBO’s. •Manage school internship program. Work with Internship providers and extracurricular programs to support participating youth and their families. Recruiting and referring students, based on the eligibility criteria defined by external programs.•Prepare correspondence, documents, and other forms of written communication for internal and external community outreach purposes. Including but not limited to recruitment materials and presentations for internship programs. Maintain active communication (e.g, monthly at minimum) with internship/firm representative and supply updates to for students currently enrolled in the program. This includes updates on student behavioral incidents, academic probation and absences from school.•Assist in making sure student applicants attend their interviews. This includes scheduling an interview prep session and sending reminders to students. •Curate school-wide multi-cultural immersion opportunities for students and the broader school community, e.g. Black History Month, AAPI Month, Native American Heritage Month and Mental Health Awareness Month.•Develop employer-integrated programming with employer partners through a variety of mechanisms including corporate tours, mentoring programs, job shadowing, internships, guest speakers and in school programming. •Develop marketing strategy, including social media and technology platforms, to promote programs to employers, students, faculty and staff.
