I spend my time primarily consulting on Microsoft security technologies with mid-market and enterprise clients (consisting of mainly household name / blue chip organisations) across multiple verticals. This includes implementation and delivery of: Production, Proof of Concept and Proof of Value implementations of multiple Microsoft security technologies including-Microsoft Defender 365 -Microsoft Sentinel -Microsoft Defender for Cloud -Microsoft Defender for Identity -Microsoft Defender for Endpoint -Microsoft Defender for Office 365 -Microsoft Defender for Cloud Apps -Azure Active Directory Identity Protection -Conditional Access -Multi Factor Authentication -Azure Defender for IoT Microsoft 365 Security Posture Assessments, including risk identification, best practice recommendation, report writing and results presentation Microsoft Security Accelerator workshops My responsibilities also include: Assisting with pre-sales activities (Resource estimation, Client Vision calls, Statement of Work preparation) Authoring blog articles on recent technology developments and relevant Microsoft security technologies for the Kocho website Planning and delivering webinars on Microsoft security technologies to current and prospective Kocho customers Planning and delivering workshop sessions on relevant Microsoft security technologies for the Kocho annual customer summit event Maintain awareness of cyber security best practice and evolving threat landscape Maintain awareness of relevant security frameworks and guidance (CIS, NIST, NCSC, MITRE ATT & CK etc) Maintain awareness of developments in the Cybersecurity space Maintain awareness of developments in the Microsoft security space and broader Microsoft 365 ecosystem Maintain awareness of Microsoft Licensing SKU’s and combinations Contribute to Microsoft Security Private Preview programs
