About Paul Rosner
My career in property casualty insurance began about 30 years ago; first as a liability claims adjuster, property claims supervisor, and manager and now as an insurance lawyer. In 2005, I received my J.D, summa cum laude, from Southwestern School of Law, where I served as Articles Editor for the Southwestern Law Review. My practice focuses on insurance coverage and bad faith defense in Washington and Oregon. I am also an expert in the area of insurance bad faith and claims handling. I am active in the CPCU Society and CLM locally and nationally. I am a Past President of the Pacific Northwest Chapter if CPCU and the current Chair of the CPCU Coverage, Litigator, Educator, & Witness (CLEW) Committee. I am also a Past President of the Seattle CLM Chapter and current member of the Extra-Contractual Committee.I am co-author of a chapter of the Washington Auto Insurance Deskbook and of the Insurance Bad Faith - 2010 and 2015 (Washington and Oregon Chapters). I frequently speak on insurance and ethics topics at conferences, symposiums, and seminars. My practice includes insurance coverage, insurance bad faith defense, and insurance defense litigation including first party property, construction defect, auto, UIM, D&O/errors and omissions, sexual abuse, and environmental coverage. I also defended products, premises, and vehicle liability claims. In my spare time, I enjoy policy drafting.
