Visiting new territories, working with select agency management to recruit and train new agents in new locations. We have expanded to Texas, Illinois, Hawaii, New Mexico, Washington, and Colorado. We chose those markets based on many criteria to determine which markets would be the best fit for us, and which markets represented the best opportunities for growth.
