ABOUT PAUL ROEDER
I have 38 years of experience with high-stakes business litigation, including antitrust, IP, securities fraud, employment class actions, products liability and government investigations. For 13 years I practiced at top-tier law firms, and for 25 years I have been in-house at HP, moving through progressively more challenging positions, to DGC of Litigation, Government Investigations and Brand Security. In 2020, I changed roles, to become Chief Ethics and Compliance officer and to assume leadership of Employment Law and Global Trade. I also retained leadership of Brand Security, and continued to assist with strategic litigation and government investigations. In 2023 I stepped back from my management roles to assist on a project specific basis with litigation and corporate projects.
