Paul is passionate about growing businesses which change the world for good.In 2014 Paul co-founded CMR Surgical.In 2019 CMR raised $600M - the largest ever medtech raise. At the time of writing (2023) CMR has over 150 robots installed in over 20 countries, and has treated more than patients. As COO, Paul drove the business to deliver a novel CE-approved surgical robotic system (\"Versius\") from concept to in-human use in under 5 years. Then as Chief Customer Success Officer Paul created a digital service ecosystem to support customers in their use of Versius, providing live insights on customers\' use of Versius, enabling predictive maintenance and providing key outcomes data to ensure that customers can fully benefit from their investment.
