ABOUT PAUL ROBERTS
Paul is Principal Fellow for Quality and Reliability at WMG. He is also Senior Tutor for WMG, promoting and supporting the welfare of WMG\'s student community. Paul is responsible for the design, development and delivery of WMG\'s MSc programme \'Management for Business Excellence\'(MBE). The MBE course uses the European Excellence Model as a framework through which to provide students with a detailed understanding of the philosophies, strategies, processes and techniques that enable and deliver enterprise excellence in organisations. As well as programmes within the UK, Paul also develops and delivers Masters level courses in Hong Kong, He is a licensed Mind Mapping instructor for ThinkBuzan and a ABNLP Certified Master Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming and ABH Certified Master Hypnotist, all of which aid the support of students in their studies at WMG.
