ABOUT PAUL RIVERS
I am a multifaceted professional passionate about leveraging data insights to improve operational outcomes, enhance partner networks, and position organizations for strategic growth. At Building Energy Exchange (BE-Ex), I manage industry engagement across our member network of leading real estate companies, energy consultants, manufacturers, and city agencies. I develop innovative communication strategies like networking events and digital project showcases to educate diverse stakeholders, support critical pathways into New York State’s energy market, and scale our fundraising initiatives. With nearly a decade in the climate sector, I’ve worked at a diverse spectrum of non-profit organizations including C40 Cities, the Environmental Defense Fund, and the Clinton Foundation. I’m deeply interested in decarbonization and energy projects that promote economic resiliency, drive public policy, and strengthen local communities.In my spare time, I think about public private partnerships, renewable energy innovation, and Salesforce integrations.
