I focus my practice on litigation, commercial transactions, asset recovery (including international), financial fraud, and intellectual property. I have extensive experience conducting bench trials and jury trials in various jurisdictions across the country and am well-versed in negotiating complex transactions for businesses worldwide. My caseload now involves multi-jurisdictional/multi-national matters and complex commercial litigation. I am admitted to practice in all Washington State Courts, the U.S. District Court of Western Washington, and the Supreme Court of the United States.I do not have a \"typical\" client. Instead, each matter I take on offers a unique set of problems and circumstances, to which I take a problem-solving approach. I think out-of-the-box, formulate creative plans, utilize my 30+ years of international experience in multiple jurisdictions and contact my connections around the world - all assets necessary to get the job done.
