ABOUT PAUL REITZ

An accomplished and strategic leader — shaping the bright future of Titan International. As CEO of Titan International (Titan) since 2017, I oversee the strategy and execution of our global operations — putting emphasis on building an incredibly well-connected global team of more than 7,500 employees, investing in the industry’s best research and development to set us apart, and growing and optimizing our strategic global footprint of more than 20 manufacturing facilities and thousands of independent dealers throughout the world. Having also served as president of Titan from 2014-17 and CFO from 2010-14, I have long been committed to shaping a bright and financially prosperous future for Titan, while ensuring we’re the best at meeting the unique needs of our diverse customer base across the globe. Some of my recent accomplishments include: Achieved record 2022 sales results ($2.17B), profitability (Adjusted EBITDA $253M) and free cash flow ($114M). Achieved Q4 2022 EBITDA of $53M, which is the best Q4 in Titan’s long history. Continued investment in R&D while simultaneously fortifying our balance sheet Led strategic investment and divestment initiatives — including non-core asset sales of $73M between Q4 2019 and through 2020 to strengthen the balance sheet. Established new standards for operations planning, financial forecasting and focus during the volatility of the pandemic. Established strategy and product group to improve our market intelligence around product capabilities and pricing. Launched 80/20 analysis of our products to further streamline production and reduce inventory to optimize our tire manufacturing assets and working capital.
