In this role, I spearhead all facets of package development and engineering for the launch and continued expansion of the Pat McGrath Labs line of cosmetics and skincare. I also direct a three-member development team, ensuring we meet key new product development (NPD) milestones and continuous business requirements. Besides this, I facilitate design reviews, launch calendar planning, operations coordination, and cross-functional meetings. Plus, I offer insights into the business processes and functionalities of the beauty industry and maintain strong relationships with the supplier base. Furthermore, I manage tooling and NPD launches, thoroughly reviewing package designs and selecting appropriate suppliers to ensure quality, innovation, and timely delivery.• Led the launch of 50+ unique packages, encompassing saleable items, holiday items, and promotional items.• Operated in an integral capacity as a trusted Advisor to the Founder by collaborating with and reporting to Pat McGrath as part of the Creative Team.• Innovated and implemented a dynamic Specification System to transition to a turnkey business model.• Served as the key point of contact for three white label projects for KIKO Cosmetics and contributed to all collaboration meetings.• Optimized foundational processes by managing cost feasibility, risk assessments, artwork process, standards, sustainability, and retailer reporting.
