My job duties include all accounting aspects, including Financial Management, Account Payable, Payroll, Budgets and Forecasting. I developed and maintain our company website and customer IT solutions. I manage all marketing strategies and materials. My wife and I opened Ella’s Salon as a startup in 2009 with 4 employees. We grew to 17 employees in 24 months using a consistent strategy of being Community Focused, Heavy Social Media Presence, and integrating Customer Friendly IT Solutions. In this short period of time, Ella’s Salon has become Alexandria’s premier destination for Salon and Spa services.
