ABOUT PAUL REEDER
As the Managing Director of Market Recruiting at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business, I leverage my 25+ years of experience in the finance industry to help MBA students achieve their career aspirations. I have a deep knowledge of the various sectors and roles within finance, including venture capital, private equity, investment management, private wealth management, and real estate. My role involves teaching in class, coaching one-on-one, and connecting students with employers and alumni. I enjoy sharing my insights and expertise with students, and supporting them in finding their best fit and opportunity in the finance world.
