Over a span of 25 years in the IT sector, I have developed a solid foundation through the variety of IT roles I have held. Ranging from cabling engineer, pre-sales, service delivery management and to my current role of Technical Architect. The skills and knowledge acquired within each role have allowed me to appreciate the technical challenges in all aspects of designing, implementing and supporting an IT infrastructure. Irrespective of project size, the customers\' business requirements must be fully understood to ensure the proposed IT solution underpins the business focus.Throughout my career I have gained a number of certifications, including ITIL Service Manager Certificate v2 and Cisco Certified Design Professional (CCDP).
