Provides leadership in the development of departmental strategic plan, budgets, and forecasts.\\\\nDevelops and implements Value Based Contracting strategies for GHP lines of business Direct responsibility of the Unit Cost/Contracting position with all of GHP contracted providers including all GHP Strategic Partners.\\\\nOversees the development and implementation of a knowledge management infrastructure and leads in the management of organizational knowledge as a strategic asset to further the organization’s goals.\\\\nDevelop and drive the strategy, solutions and growth of the health plan and accountable for formulating the long-term strategy and building/integrating the provider network\\\\nProvides guidance and assistance to management in the administration and execution of strategic goals.\\\\nDevelops overall strategy and goals for Prover Network Management (PNM) and Geisinger Health Plan, in conjunction with management and leadership, by providing continuous, innovative leadership and direction to the development and ongoing monitoring and maintenance of relationships.\\\\nShapes and executes development of preferred provider relationships between GHP/GHS and network providers/ACOs.\\\\nDraws on expertise of other Health Plan staff members to accomplish goals and objectives and coordinates participation in Provider Network initiatives.\\\\nDevelops and manages initiatives that drive expanded business opportunities, programmatic growth\\\\nand innovation.\\\\nResponsible for directing various projects from an enterprise-wide perspective taking into account resource allocation, project adherence to business objectives and the identification of issues that pose threats to deliverables.\\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n \\\\n\\\\n \\\\n
