My role as the ADM for mechanical engineering within the Kiewit Industrial and Water Engineering (KIWE) district is to provide technical expertise, direction and/or guidance to department personnel, project teams, and/or others for mechanical engineering activities related to our industrial and water markets. In addition to technical guidance, I actively support project initiation to ensure KIWE projects are set up for success including participating in pre-planning conferences, schedule planning sessions, budget development, etc. One key focus area of my time and effort is to train, mentor, and advise my direct reports which include early career to mid level mechanical engineers.
