ABOUT PAUL PHILLIPS

Paul is passionate about \"putting the customer first\" and wants his clients to see these values in his new volunteering role with English Heritage. He measures success by enthusiasm, fun and fullfillment.Paul originally qualified and trained in medical microbiology at a combined NHS and Health Protection Agency laboratory. He worked in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia before joining ems as an environmental consultant. His personal development involved managing a company wide IT project to facilitate on-site data collection to improve the accuracy and traceability of electronic information for clients and company management information. He then assumed responsibility initially for a team of health, safety and environmental consultants and Head of Consultancy Services at Assurity Consulting.Paul has featured in editions of Property Week, FMJ and FM World. He worked with Lloyds TSB for the PFM magazine award for “Partners with people”.Paul was a member of the IOD and the BCO Environmental, Social and Governance Group. He has authored a number of briefing notes to help and inform BCO members. Paul was a Member of the Institue of Biomedical Sciences for over 30 years.
