I have extensive experience in mortgage, real estate and investments for the last 15 years. • I’ve used technology and knowledge to help thousands of homeowners purchase or lower their rates during hard times economically. I’ve also helped many Veterans, Low Income homeowners such as FHA or government safe loans, including many conventional homeowners in many cases as well. • I’ve worked with many private funds. Some cases partners with asset managers, private fund managers, and pension fund managers to help investors purchase thousands of properties throughout the nation. I’ve dealt with many developers who buy, fix and flip properties, or buy and hold in many local markets. This is a very unique and difficult market to get funding, but I was able to help investors achieve their goals. Some of those loans are not fico or income driven. • I strongly believe that investing is all about controlling the real assets. I don’t believe in investing into stock or bonds or paper market. Throughout my 5 years of trading stock and commodities, I realized paper market is very hard to mitigate risk. I utilize the experience and understanding in trading and real estate. My goal is to continue working on and helping investors who want to invest their money into trust deeds. This would give them control of their assets.
