My extensive experience in both behavioral health and critical care has offered me the opportunity to learn not only about medically complex patients but also overlooked, vulnerable patient populations within our society. As an organizational leader, I will always be a part of realizing the mission to support quality patient care through helping to create a vision that supports those delivering that care. My leadership approach supports organizational needs to maintain compliance with key regulatory agencies; creates a supportive, safe working environment; and facilitates a holistic space that supports innovative and data-driven solutions to help drive quality outcomes, and meet organizational goals.The following core values drive how I function as a leader.I value safety: Staff safety and patient safety are opposite sides of the same coin.
