WORK HISTORY
Bar Back @The Thirsty Beaver
Crestwood, IL, US
Apply industrial engineering principles to a high-volume hospitality environment, focusing on workflow optimization and inventory logistics. I implemented systematic organization (5S) and asset protection (FIFO) strategies to restructure cold storage organization, significantly reducing retrieval times and minimizing waste. By analyzing consumption rates, I maintained optimal stock levels to prevent service bottlenecks during peak demand. Additionally, I utilized human factors and conflict resolution techniques to effectively manage high-stress interactions with intoxicated patrons, ensuring operational safety and continuity.
