About Paul Pedevillano
I have more than 30 years of experience working for or consulting with venture-backed and boot strapped companies. I founded VE Advisors over 20 years ago to fill a void in the launching of venture backed startups-to provide CFO and controller services to companies early in their life cycle on a part-time and on-demand basis. In the last decade I worked with clients to raise over $1B in venture funds and negotiated hundreds of millions of debt and venture debt.Prior to VE Advisors, I was CFO of four different high-tech companies. As a CFO, I led two successful IPOs. I have additional VP level experience as VP of Business Development, VP Manufacturing, Software sales and interim CEO engagement of a public company. Specific industry expertise includes SaaS, Hardware, Robotics, 3D printing, CAD, services and software design.
