I provide support for new ingredient discovery efforts through characterization of compounds screened for efficacy, both supplier-supplied ingredients and extracts from Amway\'s farms.The bulk of my work is as an analytical chemistry subject matter expert on product development teams responsible for analysis of formulation prototypes, assessment of initial product stability, and the development and validation of quality indicating methods.I also play an important role in the transfer of validated analytical methods to our global Quality laboratories and am responsible for analytical support for product/process/method troubleshooting for marketed products.
