Commercial Real Estate Broker - Office/Industrial & Investment Specialist Colorado Springs. As a former member of the U.S. National Kayaking Team and a former national champion, Paul traveled and lived throughout the world before returning to Colorado to graduate with a bachelor’s degree in business. He is now working on some of the largest commercial projects in Colorado Springs specializing in office/industrial leasing and investment sales with his partner/father Michael Palmer (SIOR) who has 37+ years of commercial real estate experience. To date, Michael has closed more than $1.5 billion in real estate transactions, including successful transactions totaling over 8 million square feet of leasing space, sales in excess of acres of investment and development land, and more than 7 million square feet of office and R&D building investment and user sales.
