Mr. Pavlovich’s Prior experience includes but is not limited to Site Acquisition, Construction Management, and Cell Site Construction for Sprint PCS. The majority of Mr. Pavlovich’s skill set and experience were acquired in the field through the practical application of ideas and concepts to improve processes in all phases of the construction funding and loss mitigation arena. A native of New Orleans, Mr. Pablovich has extensive experience in all facets of the unique challenges facing the construction and lending industries. Mr. Pablovich has expanded his skill set to include close association with FDIC insured institutions. He continues to consult and develop internal systems to improve processes, enhance compliance, and reduce exposure for all phases of construction lending. Mr. Pablovich has designed the AES Pay Application System. This system is changing the residential construction lending process for the better. Philanthropy Mr. Pablovich lends his resources and experience to his regional chapter of Habitat for Humanity. His work in this arena mimics his professional portfolio of services. He is also very active with Bridge House/Grace House of New Orleans.
