ABOUT PAUL OVERBAUGH

I am fortunate to have worked with a wide range of industries as my career has progressed. In my early career, in addition to my primary role in engineering & project management, I gained insight into the food, beverage, cosmetics and medical packaging industries. As I advanced, I took the opportunity to improve operations and efficiency in manufacturing, while working with customers in the medical and aerospace industries, to realize products that preform is amazing ways, to come true. The experiences with teams that I have been a member of, or formed around me, have demonstrated the power of collaboration to advance knowledge, understanding and technology to solve problems. Breadth of experience and focus on customer’s needs, wants and outcomes allow me to develop products and to deliver results. My mission is to deliver great results in engineering endeavors. This of course means on time & on budget projects and also means building great teams, learning and with continuous improvement, faster, simpler & easier. Maintaining close relationships with all stakeholders, with clear communications, sharing vision and expectations, results in strong outcomes. Building and organizing engineering projects is my passion.
