Developed process workflows for cross-functional teams. Led team to revise thousands of legacy CAD/drawings over multiple years. All project milestones and deliverables were completed on time or ahead of schedule.• onePLM Release 1 (Windchill) PDM subject matter expert. Responsible for Divisional Functional Design testing, Data Migration testing, Engineering User training, Legacy CAD integrity and continuous improvement to system performance and functionality. Most notable accomplishment was innovating a process improvement to increase user production by 10x, saving the business $250k-plus of engineering user hours. Identified CAD data integrity issue with change control process, and resolution to correct practice.• Solidworks PDM subject matter expert. Leveraged lessons learned from onePLM (Windchill) release and applied to harmonization of five PDM systems across the Division. • Lead multi-site team to harmonize Divisional Drafting Standards, including implementing drawing Peer Review process workflow.
