Interact directly with players on a daily basis. Help build the relationships necessary to bring in the best athletes and dedicate time and effort to maintaining relationships. Help the head coach prepare for games and together they can break down the entire approach the team follows against an opponent. Often use videos of old games to see where mistakes were made and for teaching how to improve in future games. Take notes outlining what works and what doesn\'t, who needs improvement in certain areas and what to address at game time. Help the head coach to gather more information than one person ever could. serve as a constant reminder to players of what is expected of them. Always present at team practices and events, always display the proper tone and behavior. Use social networks to remain in contact with players at all times and to monitor what players are doing when they away from the team.

I am passionate about sports and the opportunity it provides to individuals everyday. Being involved in sport teaches valuable lessons in teamwork and overcoming adversity. I am a graduate of Johnson & Wales University majoring in Information Science, and Computer Programming with a concentration in Sociology. I was a member of Johnson & Wales men\'s basketball team, and a member of Students Athletic Association Council(SAAC) where I have been both the co-captain, as well as the team representative. My passion while in school was not only playing basketball, but more specifically front office relations and revenue management. I pride myself on my organizational skills, my time management and my eagerness and motivation to learn. I am extremely dedicated and passionate about my work.
